Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your AmoreKin account
  2. Visit “Order History” in your account dashboard
  3. Select “Start Return” for the relevant order
  4. Choose items for return and select reason
  5. Print your prepaid return label
  6. Package items securely in original packaging
  7. Drop package at any authorized shipping location

Return Methods
We offer multiple return options:

  • Pre-paid shipping label ($5.95 deducted from refund)
  • Free returns for defective or incorrect items
  • Store credit returns (no shipping fee)

Refund Processing
After we receive your return:

  • Quality check within 3-5 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Email confirmation sent upon completion
  • Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing

Exchange Options
We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Alternative products of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Worn or washed clothing
  • Items without original tags

Faulty Items
If you receive a defective item:

Store Credit

Holiday Returns
Extended return period for holiday purchases:

  • Items purchased November 1 – December 24
  • Eligible for return until January 31

Quality Inspection
All returns undergo quality inspection. Items not meeting return standards will be returned to customer at their expense.
